Changes to this policy

Terms of Service
These terms apply when you purchase a product from Rebel PCs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
About Rebel PCs
Rebel PCs is a UK-based PC builder supplying gaming PCs, custom PC systems and related products.
If you have any questions about an order, you can contact us at info@rebelpcs.co.uk.
Products and specifications
We aim to describe every Rebel PC as accurately and clearly as possible. Product images are provided to represent the system, but minor visual differences may occur, particularly where component manufacturers revise the appearance or design of a product.
The components and specifications shown when you place your order form part of your order.
If a component becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will not simply substitute it with an inferior component. Where a change is necessary, we will contact you and agree an appropriate alternative before making a material change to your system.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment is taken using the payment methods available at checkout. Some payment methods, including instalment providers, are supplied by third parties and may be subject to their own eligibility requirements and terms.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.
We may contact you if there is a problem with your order, including an obvious pricing or specification error, an unavailable component, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances that mean we cannot reasonably fulfil the order as agreed.
If we cannot fulfil an order and no suitable alternative can be agreed with you, we will cancel the affected order and refund any payment made to us for it.
Building and delivery
Many Rebel PCs are built to order. Any build or dispatch times shown are estimates unless we have specifically agreed a particular delivery date with you.
We will keep you informed if something causes a significant delay to your order.
Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown during checkout where applicable. Please make sure the delivery information you provide is complete and accurate.
Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.
For most goods purchased online by UK consumers, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Certain genuinely personalised or bespoke products may be treated differently under consumer law. Where this applies to an order, we will make this clear.
Faults and warranty support
Rebel PCs wants to get problems fixed rather than make customers fight their way through support.
If you believe there is a problem with your PC, contact us at info@rebelpcs.co.uk and we'll help diagnose the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
All products supplied by Rebel PCs must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits or removes your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
Customer-supplied information
You are responsible for making sure information supplied when ordering, including your contact and delivery details, is accurate.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a purchase made by you as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
Contact
If you have questions about these terms or an order, contact:

Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your Rebel PC. If something isn't right, please contact us at info@rebelpcs.co.uk and we'll do our best to get it sorted.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Returned products should be looked after while in your possession and returned with all supplied accessories and components. We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them.
Custom and personalised systems
Some systems may be built or sourced specifically to a customer's individual requirements. Where an order is genuinely bespoke or personalised within the meaning of applicable consumer law, the normal right to cancel may not apply. We will make this clear before the order is placed where applicable. Selecting components or options from our standard range does not automatically make a system exempt from cancellation rights.
Faulty or damaged products
Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy. Products supplied by Rebel PCs must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your system develops a fault or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can help diagnose the problem and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds for eligible returns will be made to the original payment method. Where an entire order is cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights, any applicable standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.
To request a cancellation or return, contact:
